Refund & Dispute Policy

Tipski LLC facilitates voluntary tipping between hotel guests and hospitality staff. All tipping transactions made through our platform are considered final.

1. No Refund Policy

Tips are generally non-refundable.

Because Tipski facilitates voluntary tipping, transactions are considered final after they are processed. Refunds will only be considered under the following circumstances:

  • The transaction was duplicated and charged more than once.
  • The transaction was unauthorized and not initiated by the account holder.

Outside of these limited cases, all tipping transactions are final and non-refundable.

2. Disputes

If you believe a tip was made in error or without authorization, please contact us within 7 days of the transaction. We will review the claim and may issue a refund if it meets the criteria above.

3. How to Contact Us

Email our support team at support@tipski.io with the subject line "Refund Request" and include:

  • Transaction date and approximate time
  • Transaction amount
  • Hotel name (if known)
  • Last four digits of the card used
  • A brief explanation of the issue
